<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device which uses no special signals for image combination and is capable of securing information relating to transparencies of a plurality of images to combine respective images. <P>SOLUTION: An image display device 1 includes: a TV broadcast reproducing part 11 which reproduces an image source of a digital TV broadcasting wave to output an image signal S1; a content reproducing part which reproduces a content and generates distribution information of transparency in a display region of an image signal S2 and inserts the generated distribution information to the image signal as image combination information to output the image signal S2; and an image combination part 13 which receives the image signals S1 and S2 and combines the image signals S1 and S2 on the basis of image combination information to output an image signal S3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
