<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device which can improve an aperture ratio (a ratio of light emitting area of each pixel). <P>SOLUTION: The image display device includes: a light emitting element emitting light by flowing of a current therein; a driver element adjusting current quantity flowing in the light emitting element by applying voltage to the driver element; and a capacitance element in which electric charges in accordance with the voltage applied to the driver element is accumulated and a plurality of dielectric layers are laminated through electrode layers.
