<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging device for substantially and simultaneously imaging objects at different imaging positions, and to provide a cutting machine for imaging a cutting tool or the like with the imaging device and detecting the state of the cutting tool. <P>SOLUTION: An optical path of a half mirror 31B is blocked by a shutter 38 when a chip 23A is imaged, and the optical path of a full mirror 31A is blocked by a shutter 39 when a chip 24A is imaged by the half mirror. Then, the shutters are opened or closed in a time (time difference of optical path switching) considered as the moment, so that the positions of the objects do not change during imaging and the chip 23A and chip 24A are imaged while being substantially called as a panoramic view. In other words, 5 million pixels (size: short side is 17 mm and long side is 21.5 mm), for example, are used effectively as they are without reducing the image recognition region of a camera 30 by dividing or the like, so that the image recognition is improved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
