<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal-forming machine, in particular, a forging press capable of increasing the press strength and reducing the press elongation. <P>SOLUTION: The metal-forming machine has a machine frame. The machine frame includes a lower transverse crown, an upper transverse crown, and a column arranged between the upper and lower transverse crowns, and fastened and fixed to the transverse crowns, and the column and the upper and lower transverse crowns are fastened and fixed to each other via tension bolts.
