<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means reducing the work load for replacing an air dryer and the like in a mounting device for an air dryer supporting the air dryer in a vertically-placed state to a side rail extending in the fore-and-aft direction of a vehicular frame. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting device includes a frame side bracket 16 and a dryer side bracket 20, and a fastening means 18 for them includes a first means supporting the dryer side bracket 20 to the frame side bracket 16 rotatably between a normal position for supporting the air dryer 11 in the vertically-placed state and a temporary stopped position for placing the air dryer 11 in a laterally-placed state, and a second means 18b fixing the dryer side bracket 20 to the normal position with respect to the frame side bracket 16.
