<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning fastening device of a fastened material for positioning the fastened material in each axis direction of a X-axis, a Y-axis and a Z-axis and positioning the fastened material around the Z-axis in a plane formed by the X-axis and the Y-axis. <P>SOLUTION: This retainer of the positioning fastening device has a tapered pyramid part reduced at a fixed angle and formed concentrically with a fixed shaft, and an intersection angle of each side of the pyramid part is the same and ends with each other of each adjacent side are connected by a curved line swelling to the outside from the viewpoint of a center, in a sectional view orthogonal to a shaft core of the pyramid part. This fastener has a fixed hole having an internal surface corresponding to the pyramid part of the fixed shaft and formed to adhere all outer peripheral surfaces of the pyramid part.
