<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic drive device for a working machine, capable of simplifying a structure and adjusting the driving load of a pump. <P>SOLUTION: The hydraulic drive device 100 includes a main piston pump 20 and a sub-piston pump 50 which are driven by a common engine 4. In the main piston pump 20, the tilt angle of a main tile plate 24 is continuously changed over according to its discharge pressures P1 and P2 to finely adjust its discharge capacity.
