PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device further reduced in weight while securing strength. SOLUTION: The vibration control device includes center members 1A, 1B having center axes C1, C2, an outer cylinder member arranged around the radial outside thereof, and an elastic member 2 connecting these member to each other. At least either the center members 1A, 1B or the outer cylinder member has a hollow portion 8 encircled at its periphery by a resin body 11 formed of resin.
