PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool for force-fitting an elastic body for preventing scrap floating float to the edge of a punch by simple action and in a short period of time. SOLUTION: In the tool for force-fitting the elastic body for preventing the scrap floating, in the inside of which the elastic body 30 for preventing the scrap floating is mounted and, with which the elastic body 30 for preventing the scrap floating is force-fit into a recessed part 21 on the side of the edge 20 of the punch, a rod 4 is mounted so as to freely vertically movable to the body 1 and energized upward, also a pressing part 7 is provided to the upper end of the rod 4 and a projecting part 13 is provided to the bottom of the body 1.
