PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device for preparing a guidance route running through a desired road by a simple operation. SOLUTION: The navigation device includes a map data access part 21 for obtaining map information, a display 3 for displaying a map based on the map information obtained by the data access part, a touch panel 2 mounted on the screen of the display, a road designator 31 for designating a road according as the road on the map displayed on the display is traced on the touch panel, a route setter 32 for setting a route running through the road designated by the designator as the guidance route, and a map depictor 22 for depicting a map including the guidance route set by the route setter to cause the map to be displayed on the display.
