PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sealing pump-up device which displays the mounting degree of an injection unit having an outflow port of a liquid agent container connected therewith, and can prevent the rotation of the liquid agent container to be mounted. SOLUTION: A U-groove 122 wherein a first projection part 120 formed on the outer peripheral surface of a unit body 34 enters is formed on a chassis 16. Thereby, by mounting the injection unit 20 to a sealing device 60 while putting the first projection part 120 into the U-groove 122, the first projection part 120 enters into the U-groove 122 and the liquid agent container 18 is prevented from rotating in such a state that the injection unit 20 is mounted to a sealing device 60. The mounting degree to the sealing device of the injection unit 20 having the outflow port of the liquid agent container 18 connected therewith is displayed by visually observing that the first projection part 120 enters into the U-groove 122, and the liquid agent container 18 can be prevented from rotating by the first projection part 120 entering the U-groove 122.
