PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which permits both players and game parlors to have the feeling of satisfaction by preventing Uchidome (bringing a game machine to a stop) from being caused as much as possible by reducing the feeling of disadvantageousness which a player feels through wasteful shooting. SOLUTION: The game machine has a game result decision means permitting a decision to be made about whether or not a stopping mode of a varying display game should be made a special stopping mode, a game value decision means to decide on a game value to be granted to the player from among a plurality of kinds of game values when it is decided that the stopping mode of the varying display game should be made the special stopping mode, a game value specification means to recognizably specify a decided game value to the player in a prescribed specification mode, and a detection result storage means to store the result of detection as detection storage when a falling ball detection means detects game balls passing through a specific area of a game area in a specific condition where prescribed monitoring conditions have established during the execution of the varying display game. The game value specification means decides on a specification mode of a decided game value on the basis of a decided game value and storage condition of the detection storage decided by a game value decision means.
