PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a midpoint learning method of a vehicle behavior sensor which enables the vehicle behavior sensor to perform midpoint learning while evading influence of its temperature change, and to provide a vehicle behavior detection system. SOLUTION: A VSA_ECU is installed in an engine room, and includes a yaw rate sensor S<SB>Y</SB>, and a temperature sensor S<SB>TY</SB>for detecting the temperature T<SB>Y</SB>of the yaw rate sensor. An intake air temperature is obtained as an outside air temperature T<SB>Air</SB>from an engine controlling ECU through a CAN communication line 50. When determining whether conditions for midpoint learning are met determines that conditions for midpoint learning are met, a part 42 for determining whether conditions for midpoint learning are met outputs a signal of midpoint learning permission to a midpoint decision part 43. When the difference between the yaw rate sensor temperature T<SB>Y</SB>and the outside air temperature T<SB>Air</SB>is lower than a predetermined threshold, the midpoint decision part 43 obtains a signal from the yaw rate sensor S<SB>Y</SB>as a midpoint value, and outputs it to a learned midpoint memory 44 for storage.
