PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fiber-reinforced plastics which shows a smooth surface without impairing advantages such as productivity and lightweight of the fiber-reinforced plastics. SOLUTION: A method of molding the fiber-reinforced plastics, to mold a flat plate-like fiber-reinforced plastics 10A containing a continuous reinforced fiber bundle 11 and a matrix resin into a wave-form shape or an uneven shape, includes a softening process to arrange a sheet material 13 made of a thermoplastic resin on both surfaces of the flat plate-like fiber-reinforced plastics 10A, and thermally soften the thermoplastic resin, and a molding process to pressurize the flat plate-like fiber-reinforced plastics 10B, while bringing a molding die into contact with the sheet material 13 composed of the softened thermoplastic resin, and mold the flat plate-like fiber-reinforced plastics 10B to the wave-form shape or the uneven shape.
