PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear medicine diagnosis system capable of always reflecting an accurate inspection result to a result image by preventing erroneous input of a radioactive isotope dose administered into a patient, a dose measuring time of the radioactive isotope, a weight of the patient or the like, when performing diagnosis by using a nuclear medicine imaging device, and to provide an administration dose calculation method of the nuclear medicine diagnosis system. SOLUTION: This nuclear medicine diagnosis system 100 includes: the nuclear medicine imaging device 1 for detectingγ-rays radiated from a prescribed portion of a subject H into which the radioactive isotope is administered, and generating a distribution image of the radioactive isotope inside the subject H based on the detection data; and a dosimeter 4 for calculating the dose administered into the subject H. The dosimeter 4 includes a transmission means for measuring the administered dose of the radioactive isotope, and transmitting information showing the dose and the administration time to the nuclear medicine imaging device 1, when the radioactive isotope is administered into the patient; and the nuclear medicine imaging device 1 includes a reception means for receiving the information transmitted by the dosimeter 4.
