PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase productivity by easily manufacturing a threshing portion front cover disposed in front of the threshing chamber of a threshing device in a normal type combine harvester. SOLUTION: Even when the threshing portion front cover 26 includes a lateral side cover 25 of a front side and a cover which bends at right angle relative to the lateral side cover and is located at the upper part and the front part, the cover is molded without having much difficulty in sheet-metal processing as in the case when the cover is formed of a plate since the front cover 26 is formed of a resin. In addition, the front cover 26 is easily set to have any shape matching the shape of the inlet of the threshing chamber, shape of a feeder, and shape of a threshing cylinder by forming the front cover 26 of the resin, and the front cover 26 is easily formed into a desired shape. Further, since the side part of the threshing portion front cover is located at a position where tall crops make contact, it is easily set into a shape to hardly cause the crop to be threshed and to facilitate a smooth flow to the back.
