PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid failure, where when image reading is performed in a sheet finisher and image data generated by the image reading are transmitted to an image forming device, communication of control data for controlling the sheet finisher competes with the communication of the image data, because there is a large amount of image data, and a control system does not operate normally. SOLUTION: When image data is generated by image reading are transmitted from a sheet finisher to an image forming device, a sheet conveyance from the image forming device to the sheet finisher is stopped.
