PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating a risk of a pimple on the basis of an objective proof, i.e., evidence with a statistical support, by conducting a large-scale investigation about the "pimple" especially among troubles of skin, and by clarifying the existence of a relation between the "pimple" and various physiological indices, and its degree. SOLUTION: The risk evaluating method of the pimple includes: the step of evaluating the risk of the pimple in the skin of an evaluation subject by using one or at least two kinds of measurement values as indices chosen from a group consisting of a thyroid hormone (Free T4) concentration, an 8-OHdG generation rate, an iron concentration, a ferritin amount, a hemoglobin amount, a hematocrit value, a cholinesterase enzymatic activity and a free fatty acid amount.
