PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mat for sleeping bags which is washable as a whole by a washing machine in the mat for sleeping bags formed by covering a bed pad with a covering body. SOLUTION: This mat 10 for sleeping bags is formed by covering the bed pad 40 with the covering body 12, wherein the bed pad 40 is formed by fixing a reinforcing sheet body 30 to the surface 24 and/or the back surface 26 of a plate-like elastic foam body 20, and a plurality of water through holes 22 penetrating in the thickness direction are distributedly disposed to the bed pad 40.
