The device (1) has a nut (2) accommodated in a groove (8), and a retaining element (3) comprising an aperture (5) and connected to a plate-shaped component i.e. solar module. A screw (4) permeating the aperture acts together with the nut, and the nut has springs i.e. spiral springs, at sides that lie opposite to each other, where the nut is supported directly or indirectly in the groove and the retaining element over the springs. The springs are formed as a single-piece with a retaining part, where the springs and the retaining part are made from plastic. |
