<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cellular phone for preventing useless battery power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: An operation corresponding to the remaining battery power of a battery part 18 is set and registered in advance in a remaining battery power setting table 151 of a storing part 15, regarding an operation of a specific circuit part designated among respective circuit parts. When driving the specific circuit part, a control part 14 executes an operation by remaining battery power function part 172, a useless operation is controlled by performing the operation set and registered as the operation of the specific circuit part in the operation by remaining battery power setting table 151, and power consumption of the battery part 18 is prevented.
