<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generation device that enables cost reduction and reliability enhancement. <P>SOLUTION: The power generation device 10 includes a printed wiring board 11. A fixing base 12 is provided on the printed wiring board 11. One end of a silicon beam 13 is fixed on the fixing base 12. A weight 14 is attached to the other end of the silicon beam 13. A piezoelectric element 15 is fixed on the upper surface of the silicon beam 13. The piezoelectric element 15 is connected with electric wires 16, 17 through an electrode. The electric wires 16, 17 are connected to a wiring pattern of the printed wiring board 11, respectively. When vibration is transmitted to the power generation device 10, the silicon beam 13 is vibrated. As a result, electrical energy is produced at the piezoelectric element 15. This electrical energy is extracted to outside the power generation device 10 through the electric wires 16, 17 and the wiring pattern of the printed wiring board 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
