<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging element unit, capable of clearly imaging a subject, not only in the environment in sufficient quantity of visible light but also in the environment of insufficient quantity of it, without incurring a complex structure or high cost. <P>SOLUTION: The relative sensitivity of an imaging surface 19, which is determined by the RGB total relative sensitivity which is a synthesized value of specific sensitivities of R pixel, G pixel, and B pixel of an imaging element 18 and the transmissivity characteristic of an infrared cut filter 17 and determines the transmissivity characteristic of the infrared cut filter to represent following sensitivities, where, λ (wavelength: in units of nm) 650: relative sensitivity of 77±10, λ700: relative sensitivity of 62±10, λ750: relative sensitivity of 44±7, λ800: relative sensitivity of 26±7, λ850: relative sensitivity of 7±5 and λ900: and relative sensitivity of 5±5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
