PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging device which can be assembled in a small number of assembling steps and components and can be imparted with water-draining performance. SOLUTION: The charging device has a structure, in which a drain hole 5 playing a role of discharging water permeating through a charging terminal 9 of an upper case 2 is provided on a lower case 3, where the drain hole 5 is equipped with a top plate 6 playing a role of foreign substance prevention function, includes at least three support ribs 7 for supporting the top plate, and additionally has a pin 8 for restricting an opening width from the top plate and preventing the generation of surface tension between the drain hole and the charging device bottom surface.
