PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition which has a good dispersibility of a polylactic acid-based resin, is excellent in impact resistance and moldability, and has a matte-finished appearance with a high-grade feeling, and to provide a molded product obtained by using the same. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic resin composition includes a propylene-based resin composition containing 10-88 mass% of a propylene-based polymer (A), 10-88 mass% of a polylactic acid-based resin (B), 1-50 mass% of an ethylene-based polymer (C) containing an epoxy group, and 1-50 mass% of an elastomer (D); and an acid-modified polyolefin wax having a molecular weight of 500-100,000, wherein the total amount of the propylene-based polymer (A), the polylactic acid-based resin (B), the ethylene-based polymer (C) containing an epoxy group, and the elastomer (D) is 100 mass%.
