PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for sterilizing in a good efficiency by utilizing slightly acidic electrolytic water, used for the sterilization in emergency, sterilization of a remote object for avoiding a risk, sterilization of a narrow place where a person has difficulty to enter or sterilization of an article having a complex shape. SOLUTION: This method for spraying the finely acidic electrolytic water by a method of utilizing the pressure of carbon dioxide gas is considered to be the most suitable for the purposes, since the carbon dioxide gas is confirmed not to affect the sterilizing power of the finely acidic electrolytic water and also easily available.
