PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To swiftly and easily perform the operation of changing the posture of a seat body from a regular posture to a reclining posture in one operation. SOLUTION: A seat body 1 can be vertically oscillation-turned around the axial connection point while a front part of a seat cushion 3 and a supporting base 5B of an arm rest 5 fixed on a floor F are rotatably axis-connected with the seat cushion 3 and a seat back 2 being integrated with each other. An upper locking device 10 and a lower locking device 20 to be engagingly locked to a striker 3D provided on the seat body 1 by turning the seat body 1 upwardly or downwardly are provided on the supporting base 5B. The seat body 1 is held in a state of a regular seating posture by engagingly locking the striker 3D to the upper locking device 10. By the engagingly unlocking to drop the seat body 1 in the direction of gravity, and engagingly locking the striker 3D to the lower locking device 20, and the seat body is changed from the regular seating posture to a backwardly tilted reclining posture and held.
