PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recipient with information which has been set by a user many times and is different from the previous one, to a recipient, and to perform information distribution with high performance effect. SOLUTION: A service provider registers personal information of the recipient of a present and the user having requested delivery of the present into a system managed by itself, and thereafter receives and registers setting on information about a distribution target or timing of the distribution according to access via the Internet from the user. When the registration is completed, the system of the service provider sets an information distribution site dedicated to the recipient, creates a Web page with the information about the distribution target placed thereon and adds it to the information distribution site at every distribution timing, creates electronic mail with a link to the added Web page set thereto, and transmits it to the recipient.
