The device (1) has a flow channel lying between rotatably supported guide vanes (2). One of the guide vanes is flow-permeable and forms another flow channel. The guide vane is formed from flow guidance elements (6, 7) that are provided at a distance to each other and limit the latter flow channel lying between the flow guidance elements. The flow guidance elements are formed as flat and arranged parallel to each other. The flow guidance elements of the guide vane are connected by a connection element.
