<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission line capable of reducing conductor loss. <P>SOLUTION: The transmission line 1 which transmits a first signal of high frequency of ≥1 GHz includes a dielectric substrate 2, and a plurality of conductors 3 stacked on one surface 2a of the dielectric substrate 2 and arranged at intervals substantially in parallel, the transmission line satisfying expression (1) of δH=[2/(ωH μσ)]<SP>1/2</SP>, expression (2) of Ra/δH<1, expression (3) of d<t, and expression (4) of w/d<0.7, wherein σ is conductivity of the conductors 3, μ is the permeability, (d) is the width, (t) is the thickness, (w) is intervals of the plurality of conductors 3, Ra is the arithmetic mean roughness of the surface 2a of the dielectric substrate 2 wherein the conductors 3 are stacked, and δH is a skin depth when an angular frequency at the frequency of a first signal is defined as ωH. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
