PROTEIN COMPLEX FOR DECOMPOSING CELLULOSE AND USE OF THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protein complex in which proteins contributing to cellulose decomposition are clustered and which is suitable for improving the functions of these proteins and synergistic effects between the proteins and other proteins.

SOLUTION: A complex is formed for cellulose decomposition, wherein the complex is provided with a carrier having a plurality of biotin binding sites and one or more of the multiple cellulose decomposition proteins which are biotinylated and retained on the carrier and contribute to the decomposition of cellulose.
