<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sufficiently lightweight and high-precision C/SiC honeycomb composite body, and to provide a method for producing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The C/SiC honeycomb composite body comprises: a honeycomb structural part 1; and a plate part 2 fixed to one side of the honeycomb structural part 1. The honeycomb structural part 1 is obtained by converting a C/C honeycomb core obtained by molding a mixed raw material including a carbon short fiber, graphite powder and a powder resin and carbonating the same into C/SiC. The plate part 2 is obtained by converting a C/C plate obtained by molding a mixed raw material the same as that in the C/C honeycomb core and carbonating the same into C/SiC. The honeycomb structural part 1 and the plate part 2 are integrated by impregnating the C/C honeycomb core and the C/C plate with silicon so as to be converted into C/SiC. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
