<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize specific information for specifying one or more pieces of equipment connected via a network respectively, situation related information about operation situations of each piece of equipment, and processing system information about one or more processing system which includes one or more pieces of equipment. <P>SOLUTION: An equipment list display part 85 uses a management table b and an equipment list to display information about the equipment connected to a network 20. The management table b associates the name of equipment 72, a state 74, a configuration state 76, a display color 80, and details 78 with one another as information for each ID 70 for specifying the equipment to be connected to a printing system 10. The state 74 is information showing each state of each equipment by classifying it into power on, power off, or error.
