PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a control system capable of reducing user's erroneous operations; a mobile terminal device; a controlled device; a control method; and a control program.

SOLUTION: A mobile terminal device 500 of the control system includes: an instruction determining unit 108 for determining an instruction content based on a signal provided from an input unit 100 depending on a current operation mode of a first mode (an operation mode of a controlled device) and a second mode (an operation mode of the own terminal); a process executing unit 110 for executing a process corresponding to the determined instruction content when the current operation mode is the second mode; a change determining unit 102 for determining whether or not the operation mode has been changed from the first mode to the second mode; and a report processing unit 106 for executing a process of reporting a change of the operation mode through the use of at least one of vibration, light and sound, when it is decided that the change of the operation mode has been made.
