<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noncontact IC card information processor for preventing electronic settlement from being carried out erroneously in another noncontact IC card. <P>SOLUTION: This noncontact IC card information processor 100 includes a storage means 150 constituted of an electromagnetic shielding material and for storing a noncontact IC card 200, an antenna means 160 provided in an inside of the storage means 150, a radio communication means 110 radio-communicated with the noncontact IC card 200 via the antenna means 160, and a control means 130 radio-communicated with the noncontact IC card 200 via the antenna means 160.
