<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely form a regeneration pipe with a set outside diameter even in a manhole when forming a regeneration pipe for the regeneration of an existing pipe in the state of protruding it by a set length in the manhole. <P>SOLUTION: After an invert 1a of the manhole 1 is chipped, a lining pipe is inserted into the existing pipe 2, and protruded into the manhole 1 by a length equal to/longer than the set length of the rehabilitation pipe 3 for being protruded into the manhole 1; subsequently, a core 10 which has an inside diameter equal to that of the existing pipe 2 and a length equivalent to that of the rehabilitation pipe 3 for being protruded into the manhole 1 is inserted through the lining pipe, and arranged in the state of making its tip abut on a pipe end surface of the existing pipe 2; after that, the lining pipe is heated and pressurized for diameter enlargement, and bonded to an inner peripheral surface of the existing pipe 2 and that of the core 10 so as to form the regeneration pipe 3; and subsequently, the core 10 is disengaged from the regeneration pipe 3 after the regeneration pipe 3 is cut along a base end of the core 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
