PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering wheel whose design component can be easily exchanged and which has high mounting reliability. SOLUTION: The steering wheel includes a steering core 2 composed of a rim part 21 constituting a grip, a boss part 22 disposed inside the rim part 21 and rotatably journaled by a vehicle body, and a spoke part 23 interconnecting the rim part 21 and the boss part 22 to each other. The rim part 21 of the steering core 2 is covered by a cover shell 5, and the cover shell 5 is prevented from coming off from the steering core 2 by mounting a garnish cover 6 that covers at least any of the boss part 22 and the spoke part 23 to the steering core 2.
