PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biaxially orientated laminated film having excellent dimensional stability and peeling resistance between layers and suitable for a base film for a magnetic recording medium, in particular a digital data storage, etc. SOLUTION: The biaxially orientated laminated film is formed by laminating at least totally four layers of film layers A, B and comprises an aromatic polyester (a), a polyolefin (b) having no polar group and thermoplastic amorphous resin (c) functioning as a compatibilizing agent of the aromatic polyester (a) and the polyolefin (b) having no polar group. The film A includes 80 wt.% or more of the aromatic polyester (a) and less than 5 wt.% of the polyolefin (b) having no polar group, and the film B includes 80 wt.% or more of the polyolefin (b) having no polar group and less than 5 wt.% of the aromatic polyester (a). Either of the film A or the film B includes 2-20 wt.% of the thermoplastic amorphous resin (c) on the basis of the weight of the film layer. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
