PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hardness distribution in a micro region without contact. SOLUTION: The hardness distribution is obtained based on a dislocation density, by determining a lattice distortion from the rotational tensor group obtained from the crystal orientation distribution of a cubic crystal metal measured at 15 nm to 1μm intervals and by obtaining the dislocation density based on the lattice distortion gradient from the lattice distortion.
