PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform proper driving control by a driving pulse by accurately discriminating the driving remaining power. SOLUTION: When a rotation detecting circuit 110 detects an induced signal VRs which exceeds a reference threshold voltage Vcomp in a second section T1b; and a control circuit 103 controls a detection time discrimination circuit 111 so as to perform rotation detection operation by elongating at least either section between a first section T1a and the second section T1b.
