PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an arrow receiving tool and a temporary Azuchi used for Kyudo, facilitating the judgement of hit by sound, free from bounce and damage of an arrow, free from making the arrow stick too deeply to be pulled out, free from making the arrow dirty, easy to be installed, usable repeatedly, cost free for being colored in near colors of soil or sand, cost free for disposal, and free from environmental deterioration. SOLUTION: An arrow receiving panel in an arrow receiving block of bundled straws and the temporary Azuchi used for Kyudo are a block and a panel with honeycomb structures made of paper boards. In the arrow receiving tool 4, holes 9 of the honeycomb are directed to the arrow-sticking direction, and a small-opening surface of the honeycomb is set to be a front surface (a surface for receiving arrows). Practically, the arrow receiving tool is produced by setting the direction of the holes 9 of corrugated panel of a core paper to be the width direction, and by laminating a large number of corrugated boards 7 cut to have a width dimension equivalent to a thickness dimension t which does not allow penetration of the arrow.
