PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect and support a column of a building structure to the pile tip of a steel pipe pile without inclining the column even if the center axis of the submerged steel pipe pile is misaligned or the cut plane of the pile tip is inclined, and to reinforce the pile tip side of the steel pipe pile that connects and supports the column of the building structure, without welding that requires extra time and labor. SOLUTION: A joint board 1 for construction is mounted between the pile tip 61 of the steel pipe pile 6 and a base plate 71 at the lower end of the column 7 of the building structure, and the joint board 1 for construction is fixed to the pile tip side 63 of the steel pipe pile 6 with mortar 21 filled and hardened in the pile tip side interior 62 of the steel pipe pile 6 and on the outer peripheral side of the pile tip side 63. The moving adjustment of an adjusting connection plate 3 of the joint board 1 for construction is made, and a fine adjustment is made with a bearing protrusion 34 and lower clamp fittings 32 screwed to threaded rods 31 of the adjusting connection plate 3.
