PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferritic heat-resistant cast steel, which is inexpensive and is significantly improved in toughness and thermal stress property at normal temperature, resulting in higher reliability. SOLUTION: The ferritic heat-resistant cast steel comprises, by mass%, 0.10 to 0.40% of carbon, 0.5 to 2.0% of silicon, 0.2 to 1.2% of manganese, not more than 0.3% of phosphorus, 0.01 to 0.4% of sulfur, 14.0 to 21.0% of chromium, 0.05 to 0.6% of niobium, 0.01 to 0.8% of aluminum, 0.15 to 2.3% of nickel, and the balance iron with inevitable impurities, and has a ferritic structure.
