PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a rubber crawler capable of giving a white rubber crawler which causes no poor adhesion with a core grid during vulcanization adhesion, is excellent in machinery physical properties, and leaves no traveling traces by friction between a tread surface and a contact area. SOLUTION: The rubber composition for a rubber crawler, including, as rubber constituents, an unvulcanized diene-based solid rubber and a conjugated diene-based polymer or a conjugated diene-aromatic vinyl copolymer that has a weight average molecular weight (Mw) of 5,000-40,000 and a molecular weight distribution of 3.0 or less and contains hydroxyl groups on both ends of a molecular chain, is characterized in that the mixing rate of the conjugated diene-based polymer or the conjugated diene-aromatic vinyl copolymer that contains the hydroxyl groups on both ends of the molecular chain is 15-30 phr and the rubber composition includes a white filler as a reinforcer.
