<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic-component embedded unit which can suppress twisting of an electronic component, when vibrations or shocks are transferred from the outside, and to provide a clamp. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic-component embedded unit 22 includes an electronic component accommodating recess 56; an engagement connecting recess 57; a case 28, having a partition wall 60 for partitioning the recesses; an electrical component body 89, accommodated in the electronic component accommodation recess 56; the electronic component 29, having a pair of leads 68, 69 which penetrate the partitioning wall 60 and are drawn out to the engagement connecting recess 57; and the clamp 32, which is a part locked to a mate of installation. In the electronic-component embedded unit 22, an elastic part 201 having elasticity, contacting with the electronic component body 89 and in a state of being accommodated in the electronic component accommodating recess 56 is formed at an opening 203 of the electronic component accommodating recess 56.
