PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device for effectively suppressing an increase in dynamic spring constant against vehicle-room muffled sound vibration and lockup vibration having high frequencies of 50-150 Hz and effectively damping the vibration while eliminating the need for the vibrating drive control of a vibrating rubber plate without bringing the complicated construction and the size increase of the device. SOLUTION: The outer peripheral face of a core member 1 and the inner peripheral face of a cylindrical member 2 at one end are connected to each other all over via an elastic member 3, the cylindrical member 2 is sealed at the other end by a diaphragm 4, and a negative pressure actuator 12 is provided at the other end of the cylindrical member 2 for displacing the diaphragm 4 between a position of closing the opening of a first restricting passage 9 and a position of isolating it from the opening. A third restricting passage 19 communicating with a main liquid chamber 7 at one end is closed at the other end with an elastic membrane body 21 which seals an opening 20 formed at the peripheral wall of the cylindrical member 2 and has a single face facing the atmosphere.
