PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration control device including rigid plates and rubber plates in a laminated structure, for effectively preventing the occurrence of crack in the rubber plates over a long period while effectively relaxing the stress concentration on the rubber plates near the interface of the rubber plates adhered to the rigid plates when the great deformation of the rubber plates protruded between the rigid plates results from the operation of compressive force on the vibration control device. SOLUTION: The vibration control device includes the plurality of rigid plates 2, and the rubber plates 3 whose number is one less than the number of the rigid plates 2, the rigid plates 2 and the rubber plates 3 being alternately laminated. In a vertical cross section including a center axis CL, an outer ring contour 4 of each of the rubber plates 3 between the rigid plates 2 is shaped to be recessed toward the side of the center axis CL and constricted mainly in a curve, and a position 5 where the outer ring contour 4 is most recessed is located eccentrically on one side of a thickness center line tc of the rubber plate 3.
