<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem, wherein, in a temperature sensor having a plurality of thermocouples in a protective tube, which has been used hitherto, deterioration in a thermocouple for measuring temperature is detected, at a stage where the thermocouple is deteriorated, such that accurate temperature measurements are not possible, when the thermocouple starts to deteriorate. <P>SOLUTION: In the temperature sensor, including a plurality of heat sensors in a protection tube, each tip of the heat sensors arranged in the protective tube is arranged substantially at an equal distance from the tip of the protection tube; and at least one of the heat sensors is a heat sensor for deterioration detection having an early deterioration time, in comparison with other heat sensors, and the heat sensors other, than the heat sensor for deterioration detection, are heat sensors for temperature measurement which measure the temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
