<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately specify a welding bead region in inspecting a welding bead. <P>SOLUTION: A device for inspecting the welding bead includes a structure where a first plate material having a curved surface shape is welded to a second plate material having a curved surface shape. The device includes an input means for receiving input of a measuring shape of the surface of the structure, a comparing shape data creating means for creating comparing shape data by overlaying the reference shape of the first plate material and the reference shape of the second plate material on the measuring shape of the structure, a region specifying means for specifying a non-deforming region and a deforming region from the comparing shape data, a maximum region specifying means for specifying the region having a maximum integrated value of the variation amount of the measuring shape to the reference shape as a part of a welding bead region, and a welding bead region specifying means for sequentially specifying the deforming regions located within a reference distance from a specified welding bead region and the non-deforming region interposed between them as a part of the welding bead region. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
