<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an implant capable of simplifying the embedding of an artificial tooth root part 1 and securing desired fixation when embedded. <P>SOLUTION: The implant includes the artificial tooth root part 1 to be embedded by being forcibly fitted to a lower hole opened on the bone. The artificial tooth root part 1 includes a cylinder part 2 which is formed on the axial direction distal end part side and which has an outer diameter surface comprising a cylindrical shape larger than the diameter of the lower hole, and a tapered part 3 continued to the cylinder part 2 and composed of the tapered shape to be a larger diameter as separating from the distal end part. The lower part of the cylinder part 2 is turned to a coarse surface forming part 2a and a second coarse surface part 6 composed of recesses and projections is provided in the coarse surface formation part 2a.
